Layne stated "We spent the entire meeting developing the Heritage Society of Pacific Grove (HSPG) vision". From this Vision Statement a Mission Statement will be developed. The committee discussed "what we can do to bring visibility to the HSPG to make us more viable in the fundraising department and engagement with the population at large."
