Re: 3116th Street
Dear Karen,
Your house was built sometime after 1926, probably in the 1950s. I cannot say exactly when because our
records only cover the period from 1874 through 1926. The Community Development Department at the
corner of 16th and Laurel probably has a file on your house and could tell you exactly when it was built.
Their records cover from 1928 until the present time.
Enclosed is a copy of the 1926 Sanborn map which shows only some sheds and garages facing 6th Street,
where your house now stands. The lots were owned by the people that owned 310 and 312 5th Street.
I hope the above information is of some help to you.
Sincerely,
Adam Weiland
