This house is large for the Retreat area -- comfortably divided into 2
residences. Alterations are in keeping with the general character of
the house. which does not fit into a particular style, but is similar
to many smaller Pacific Grove homes which delight in segmented windows,
and bands of glassed area. Such details enliven an otherwise very simple
design.
