DeI‘IIIS I. Daarud Dennis Lee Daarud, 50, a 12-year resident of Shelton, died of a cere- bral hemorrhage Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1996, in Mason General Hospital, Shelton. He was born Jan. 3, 1946, to Elmer and Esther (Mindt) Daarud in Bismarck, ND. He attended Kirkland High School, Kirkland. Mr. Daarud installed drywall for construction companies for 30 years. He was a member of the Shelton Eagles, He enjoyed cars, motorcycles and playing cards. Mr Daarud is survived by a daughter, Sherry Lynn Wade; his fa~ ther, Elmer Daarud Jn, Homer, Alaska; his mother, Esther Cradle, Issaquah; two sisters, Cathleen Luke, Madison, Ala, and Kye Peder- son, Spokane; a grandchild; and special friend and caregiver, Dee Taiclet, Shelton. A graveside memorial service will begin at 1 pm. Friday in Shelton Memorial Park, Shelton. The Rev, Gar Mindt will officiate. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3434 Martin Way N.E., Olympia, Wash. 93505.
