voted 7-Oto grant final approval of the application.

existing single-family dwelling at 308 3rd Street.
John Matthams, project designer. represented the
applicant and explained design changes made
subsequent
to the last meeting.
The Board reviewed the revised plans and commented that
they were progressing well.
The project will be scheduled for discussion/action
at
the March 27, 1990 meeting.
Applicant: Kim Browning.
