He was born July 24, 1941 to Felisi and Tuli Togafiti Wily in Safotu, Samoa. He lived most of his live in Laie, Hawaii and retired from Hawaiian Electric as a lineman. His hobbies and inter— ests included golfing, fish- ing, dancing and singing. He was a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church. He enjoyed life and helping fam- ‘ ily and friends.
