structure was actually built early in that year, or late in the previous year.
The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Fred Strong
Other Comments: House was built in mid-1907 after the 1907 assessments. The 1907 City Directory
lists the Strong family as living at 210 Willow. Plague will have the 1907 date.
