This house is owned by Don Beals and is on the same block as the Pryor home.
The house does not appear in the tax rolls but is dated by an article in the March
16, 1907 Daily Review announcing its construction.

Cecilia Scott 1889
This home was originally 1-story, set close to the street, with a steep shingle roof,
brick chimney and covered porch in front and back. In 1991it was expanded and
remodeled. It was lifted up and set further back on the lot to allow for a concrete
foundation and garage. The attic was also expanded to allow for rooms above the
main floor. The work seems to have been carefully done and is well-documented
