Community College at
FCC] celebrates Community College
Month during April
Most people associate April with Easter, Passover or even the first full
month of spring.
But dedicated community collegians know it as National Community College
Month.
The event, established by the American Association of Community Colleges
(AACC),
was created to recognize the achievements of junior and community colleges
as well as draw
attention to the needs of these institutions.
These goals are reflected in the College’s 1994 theme: “FCC]: Where
Learning Never
Stops and Futures Never End."
The events for Community College Month 1994 will attract community
