The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: J. V. Perrv
Other Comments: Mr. Perry lived in Modesto. According to the 1926 city directory, he rented to a Mary
& Parson Bryan. Mr. Bryan was a carpenter. Perhaps he lielped actually build the house for Mr. Perry.
Plaque Status: Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no charge.
