Douglas Perrine Dec SI. Douglas E. Perrine a resident of Shelton for the past 35 years, died of cancer Monday, December 28, at Capital Medical Center in Olympia He was 55. He was born June 22, 1943, in Santa Barbara, California, to Walter and Phyllis (Winings) Per- rine. He married Fayanne Sergeant on October 27, 1971, in Thurston County. Mr. Perrine Worked for Si’mpl son Timber Company as a heavy» equipment operator, retiring ear- lier this year. He also owned and operated Doug’s Towing and Auto Wrecking for the past 11 years He enjoyed antique cars. He spent his childhood in MC‘ Cleary, moving there from New Jersey. He is survived by wife Fayanne Perrine of Shelton; daughters Lea Lester of Rochester and Jennifer Jaske of Shelton; mother and stepfather Phyllis and Walt Kratcha bf Shelton; sisters Linda Oborn of Omak and Susan Scarth of Mount Vernon; and six grand— children. His brother Gorden Jay preceded him in death in 1995. A celebration of Mr. Perrine’s life will be held at a later date.
