The request was subsequently approved by the Board at our March 1,2011 Board Meeting Apparently she is a docent at the Lighthouse and because Emily Fish rented the house from 1911 until her death in 1931, felt that her name should be on the plague. I explained to her that the original owners name was W M. Trudgeon and that the house was built in 1911 and that would have to appear on the plague. She questioned the original owner and date, because City Hall couldn't confirm my findings. I haven't sent her the proof of my findings, but will do so shortly. Anyhow, 691 Sinex has been on the market for some time. I spoke with Judy Mulkin a representative of Century 21, the listing agent. She indicated that the current owners do not want a plague because they felt that it would detract from the marketability of the home. I suggest that when the house is sold that The Heritage Society contact the new owners to see if they might want a plague.
