$fl€l7o< um Normaiqz E. Temple Former Shelton resident Nor— man E. “Bud” Temple died Saturv day, January 15, in a Centralia nursing home. He was 74. He was born August 5, 1925 in Hartford to Floyd E. and Rose C. Temple. He attended Irene S. Reed High School in Shelton. He was a sergeant in the Army Air Forces during World War II and received three medals. He was classified as a mechanic-gun- ner, but did not serve overseas. He worked for Simpson Timber Company for several years, most— 1y as a forklift operator. He also was a commercial fisherman in Alaska. He was an avid sportsman. Mr. Temple was preceded in death by his parents and by brothers Roland J. and Ramond E. Temple, all of Shelton.
