Our maps and tax records show that the above structure was built in 1908
and the first owner of record was James Wasson
Other comments: House was il?JJSEJk}91 guilt in summer of 1907, but first assessed in 1908.
To be consistent, plaques always show first owner and first year of assessment.
James Wasson owned other homes and rented this one out. The 1907 City
Directory lists a C.W. Brett as residing there.
