Dear Tim,
The house at 156 19th was built in 1903. The first owner was
Etta B. Lloyd. She did not live in this house, but she used
it as a rental unit. Miss Lloyd was a Realtor and civic
leader and she owned other structures in Pacific Grove and
Monterey.
