MRS. W. B. EATON DIES
Mrs. Sarah Eaton succumbed to
Bright's disease at her home on First
street Tuesday morning, aged 72
years Although she has been in
poor health during the sumx'ner death
came as a shock to many of her
friends, who were not aware of the
serious nature of her illness. The
funeral took place from the Baptist
Church, impressive services being
conducted hy Rev. H. n. Allen.,qnll

memorium by special request of the
deceased, The little church was.

with him in 1887. She leaves behind!
to mourn besides her faithful hun-
band, one son by a former husband,
Bert. Wheeler, now in California,
and another son, B. G. Eaton, now
in Alaska, two brothers and a sis-tel
in Iowa; and an adopted daughter
Rhoda at home, for whom there is es-
pecial sympathy. Mrs. Eaton was a
woman a! forceful character, a stal~
wart Christian and helpful wife and
mother, and was generally liked by
all who knew her. *
