Dexter E. Ramey
Dexter E. “Dex” Ramey, a
former Shelton resident, died of
cancer Wednesday, July 29, in
Yakima, He was 55.
He worked for the US, Depart-
ment of Agriculture for three
years For 20 years prior to that,
he worked installing acoustical
ceilings
He loved to hunt and enjoyed
fishing and playing cards.
Mr. Ramey was preceded in
death by son Steve “Stub" Olsen.
He is survived by wife Claudia.
Ramey of Moxee; parents EL.
and Mary Ramey of Skagit Val—
ley; son Rick Ramey and his wife
Cindy of Moxee; daughter Kris
Clark and her husband Dennis of
Selah; 10 grandchildren, one
brother and three sisters.
A farewell gathering will be
held at 6:30 p.ml Tuesday, Au-
gust 11, at the 40 et 8 Club in
Shelton,
