Ina White, a former Shelton
resident, died of heart failure at
her Lacey home Friday, March
13. She was 72.
She was born June 30, 1925, in
Olustee, Oklahoma, to Jasper and
Vada (Richardson) Foremani She
graduated from Litchfield High
School in Phoenix, Arizona, in
1942, and graduated from busi—
ness college in Phoenix in 1943.
She married Joseph White on
August 26, 1944, in Salinas, Cali-
fornia
She worked with her husband
at White’s Cove Resort in Sekiu
for 20 years and at Hidden Haven
Mobile Home Park in Shelton for
12 years. They moved to Lacey in
1984‘
Mrs. White was a member of
the First United Methodist
Church in Olympia She loved to
travel and spend time with her
family
She is survived by husband Jo-
seph Roberts White of Lacey;
daughter Jerri White Malone of
Talent, Oregon; son David White
of Pasco; brother Van Foreman of
Fulton, California; sister Ada Mc-
Michael of Salinas, California;
five grandchildren, eight great-
grandchildren and numerous
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by
six brothers, Jay, Dan, Gus, Guy,
Hal and Pat, and three sisters,
Ula, Bea and Keo.
A memorial service will be held
at 1 pm. Friday, March 20, at
Mills & Mills Funeral Directors,
414 South Franklin Street, Olym-
pia.
