structure was actually built early in that year, or late in the previous year.
The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Frederick &
Man, Case
Other Comments: Frederick Case was a carpenter which explains why there were three different
assessments between 1921 and 1926. He was probably always make additions &/or improvements to the
house.
