The first owner of this structure, according to the County's assessor's records was: Frederick & Man, Case Other Comments: Frederick Case was a carpenter which explains why there were three different assessments between 1921 and 1926. He was probably always make additions &/or improvements to the house. Plague Status: ® Structure is eligible for a plague and one will be made up for you at no charge. You will be notified when plague is ready. It could take 4 to 6 months. Structure is eligible for plague, but it must be requested by the owner.
