Request for Plague by Lila Staples.

This home has a plague but the owner claims that the information on it is
incorrect. It says the original owner was Julia Platt. It turns out that the
original owner was George Laws. The house was built in 1882. It was
owned by Julia Platt from 1908 to 1914.
The original address was 112 Fountain. At that time, the property extended
all the way through to Grand Ave. In 1908 the house was moed to the
back of the lot and turned 180 deg to face Grand Ave. probably by Julia
Platt.
This house was built m 1882 at 112 Fountain (as shown in photo) for George Laws. In 1908. Julia Platt bought the structure and moved H to
her lot behind the house. She turned the house around so l facedon Grand avenue. Itis now called 115 Grand, as shown
