United States.
Evidence:
(b) Whether it is the site of a significant event.
Evidence:
le) Whether it is strongly identified with a person who, or an organization which, significantl)
contributed to the culture, history or development ofthe city of Pacific Grove.
Evidence:
(d) Whether it is a particularly good example ofa period or style.
Evidence:
(e) Whether it is one of the few remaining examples in the city of Pacific Grove possessing
distinguishing characteristics of an architectural type or specimen.
Evidence:
(f) Whether it is a notable work of an architect or master builder whose individual work has
significantly influenced the development of the city of Pacific Grove.
Evidence:
(g) Whether it embodies elements of architectural design, detail, materials or craftsmanship that
represent a significant architectural innovation.
Evidence:
(h) Whether it has a unique location or singular physical characteristics representing an
established and familiar visual feature of a neighborhood.
Evidence:
X (i) Whether it retains the integrity of the original design.
Evidence: Based on: (1) a description of the exterior characteristics of the residence as
noted in the 1928 BUILDING CLASSIFICATION AND COMPUTATION RECORD, (2) review
Afthe documents in file, (3) presence of the characteristics of the Craftsman style as noted on the
' ·Description of Building Forms and Elements and (4) visual inspection of the exterior of the
residence it appears that the original forms and elements of the original residence have been
retained.
0) Whether it contributes to the architectural aesthetics and continuity of the street.

(k) Whether it is located within a geographically definable area possessing a concentration ot
