The entim neighborhood is zoned R-1 On fhe lot there are hvo separate dwellings creating non-conformity to the zoning. There is also a third structure that looks like a garage but Ris not It is a Itorage building with a raised wooden noor All three of these sbuctures are sub-standard and would be considered teardowns under normal circumstances.
