I'm enclosing the Sanborn Maps from the years 1897, 1905, 1914 and 1926. The 1987 map shows the lot
empty.
In researching a property, we determine an approximate time when the structure was built according to
the Monterey County Assessor records. There were no taxes assessed for improvements to the lot until
the tax year 1903. I'm also including information about transfer history obtained from County records.
