Hi Lauryn,
275 Pine was built in late 1921 or early 1922 and first assessed in 1922. The first owners were Clarence & Lydia Warner.
275 Pine is on the Historic Register because it was built in 1926 or earlier and retains its original character. The aluminum
siding is considered 'removable', and hopefully the original wood siding is underneath. 273 Pine is not on the 1926 map
and is not (or at least should not be) on the list.
I will mail the maps to you shortly.
