The house was fbrst owned by G.W. Larleton
A few variations have been made on the standard board and batten home
of simple design. The windows are porch have some distinction, but
there is little ornament breakingthe very neat, precisely proportioned
features of the house. The fine condition of the home make it a good
example of this early Pacific Grove style of architecture.
