The applicant has applied for the following zoning permit which
will be considered by the Planning Commission at the public
hearing to be held on Thursday, June 16, 1988, at 7:00 P.M.
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 Forest Avenue, Pacific
Grove, California:
Variance Application No. 88-1195 a request to allow a
variance from the following sections of the Municipal Code:
1. 23.16.050 To allow an increase in the maximum lot coverage
permitted from 40% to 51% (existing lot coverage is 45%,
proposed lot coverage is 51%).
2. 23.16.060 (d) To allow a reduction in the required setback
for a garage opening from 20' to 18' for a distance of 10'
(proposed condition).
3. 23.64.180 To allow a reduction in the distance required
from the property line for an accessory building from 5' to 0'
for a distance of 26' along the rear property line (proposed
condition).
