Elaine Lanett Calabrese, 76, a
resident of Shelton for two years,
died of cardiac arrest Thursday,
April 6, 1995, in Mason General
Hospital, Shelton,
She was born Feb. 2, 1919, to
Robert and Florence (Voice) Sher-
rifl in Priest River, Idaho, where she
graduated from Priest River High
School.
Mrs. Calabrese married Michael
Calabrese in 1936, in Priest River,
Idaho. They also lived in New York
City, Auburn and Spanaway.
She was a homemaker who
enjoyed crocheting, quilting,
gardening and genealogy.
Mrs. Calabrese is survived by her
husband, Michael, Shelton; four
sons, N. James, Sumner, Michael E,
Auburn, John R, Shelton, Perry J.,
Neilton; eight grandchildren, and
eight gem—grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 am. to 5
pm. Monday, April 10, in McComb
Funeral Home, Shelton. A rosary
will be read at 7 pm. Monday, April
10, in McComb mineral Home, Shel—
wn.
Graveside services will be at 11
am. Tuesday, April 11, in Shelton
Memorial Park, Shelton. Father
Dominic Hahn 0.5.3., will officiate.
The family suggests that memor-
ial donations be made to St.
Edward’s Catholic Church, 322 N.
